She is 273 days old.

Or you can say she is 9 months old. :)
This sweet little girly has been a huge blessing in our lives. I am not going to lie, I was SO nervous about having a second baby and I prayed and prayed that she would be a easy one. Thankfully, God heard the desires of my heart and gave me Ruthie. She has been such a easy, sweet, innocent little thing from day one. She is all girl personality wise, but she LOVES playing with her brothers toys. It is so strange, it is like she knows which ones are his and goes straight for them. Harris has never minded until recently. Now I can feel myself becoming a forever referee in the Tuggle household :). I usually just take them away and either make Harris wait to get them back or just put them up somewhere. Although, now she is getting to the point where she knows when you take something away from her. I am praying that she is a sharer now :)
I took some quick shots of her the other day while big brother was at Mother’s Day Out. She is getting harder and harder to take pictures of. She is a mover and shaker now. The whole time I felt like I was in a wrestling match. I was ready for a nap. HA!
Here is my favorite.

This dirty little thing she is holding is her lovey. She doesn’t take a paci, which is so weird to me, but instead she chooses to suck on this little thing. Gross. I wash it and bleach it all the time but she knows when it is washed and she acts like it isn’t the real one. I also just bought her a new (exactly the same) one and she knows the difference. Miss priss.

We still have not been to her 9 month check up. I know I am a slacker. So I don’t have her exact stats. Can you see her teeth?! Poor baby cannot stand teething. Neither can momma.

Do not let your adorning be external—the braiding of hair and the putting on of gold jewelry, or the clothing you wear— but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious. 1 Peter 3:3-4

For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother's womb.
 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.[a]
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.
 My frame was not hidden from you,
when I was being made in secret,
intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them,
the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them.
How precious to me are your thoughts, O God!
How vast is the sum of them!
If I would count them, they are more than the sand.
I awake, and I am still with you. Psalm 139:13-18

Gosh I could just eat her with a spoon! I love her so much and I pray for her future all of the time. The main thing I want for her is to love the Lord with all of her heart. I so desperately want her to know HIM at a young age and for her to be a beautiful young lady that puts Him first.
Blessed is the one who finds wisdom,
and the one who gets understanding,
for the gain from her is better than gain from silver
and her profit better than gold.
She is more precious than jewels,
and nothing you desire can compare with her.
Long life is in her right hand;
in her left hand are riches and honor.
Her ways are ways of pleasantness,
and all her paths are peace.
She is a tree of life to those who lay hold of her;
those who hold her fast are called blessed. Proverbs 3: 13-18

  1. Beautiful baby girl. If she's like her mother, her inside will shine more than her outside. Blessed to have such a wonderful mommy.
